The lobby is beautiful with live music, and our room was super clean and comfy. Great amenities like a coffee machine, minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The fitness center and hot tub were awesome. Location is perfect, walking distance to the French Quarter. Friendly staff made our anniversary special, complete with champagne and strawberries.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the French Quarter.
There’s no room service and the decor is really outdated. Staff were unhelpful when I had billing issues, which made my stay frustrating.
